VibeScan is an automated security and legal compliance auditing tool for web applications and websites. Users submit a URL or code repository, and VibeScan runs automated checks to identify potential security vulnerabilities and legal compliance issues.
Important: VibeScan reports are automated assessments only. They do not constitute professional security or legal advice. They do not guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities or legal issues. Always consult qualified professionals for high-stakes security or legal decisions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use VibeScan. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
VibeScan offers paid scan reports. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital and immediate nature of scan reports, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents delivery of your report, please contact us at necatidenli10@gmail.com within 7 days and we will investigate and resolve the issue.

VibeScan reports are automated assessments and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for security or legal decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VibeScan and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to VibeScan in the 12 months preceding the claim.
VibeScan and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by fatih denli and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of VibeScan without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all URLs, code, and content you submit for scanning. By submitting content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your scan report.
Your use of VibeScan is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not retain submitted URLs or code after scan completion. Scan reports and associated email addresses are retained for up to 1 year.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VibeScan immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users, third parties, or the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For users in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of VibeScan after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
